At Smitten, we are on a mission to put a real, beating heart back into dating. No more timewasters. No more catfishing. We do everything with heart, experience, human intuition and a dash of magic, personally interviewing every client to understand who they are and what they are looking for in a partner.
We make sure clients are joining us for the right reasons and our dedicated matchmakers will hand pick potential matches for introduction either at our exclusive mixer events or on a one-to-one basis.
The Registration Process

This takes less than 10 minutes and simply allows us to capture some very basic information.

Here we will briefly get to know you better, explain more about our services and answer any questions you may have.

If you are keen to continue, we will send you a registration fee payment link then we can arrange a convenient meeting time to determine in more detail, how we can help you. NB it is at this stage you will need to your present your passport or driving license for us to verify your ID.

As part of your registration fee you will be invited to one of our mixer events along with a number of hand-picked guests. The mixers are hosted and are safe, fun, sociable, informal events for up to a maximum of 20 people. Our events are designed to help you enjoy face to face connections with other Smitten members.

Following the mixer we will request feedback and give you the opportunity to disclose who you might want to make a further connection with. Following full GDPR protocol, we will then make the introduction should both parties agree.

Our specialist matchmakers will work behind the scenes to vet and assess suitable partners. This is a professional and confidential service and will never present your photo or personal details to any other online service or apps.
Mixer Events
As part of your monthly subscription you will receive an invite to the next suitable mixer event. The mixers are carefully curated to help you enjoy face to face connections with other Smitten members in a safe and stylish, social environment.
Coaching
Included in your membership, we offer ongoing support and advice throughout the dating process including 2 x 30 minute coaching sessions. These are based on your specific needs and will help you master the modern dating mindset.
